Job Description
Busy medical practice is looking for a Human Resources Assistant to join our team in Mobile, AL. This position is responsible for assisting with the day-to-day HR needs of the company and its employees. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a positive attitude, able to multitask, and be able to work independently. This position will assist with onboarding new employees, processing new hire paperwork and reporting, completing benefit enrollments with employees, managing time and attendance, and other misc. tasks.

Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED required. College Degree preferred.
